Adapters are available by request to Reception (9). The voltage in your room is 220V/50Hz. We will ask you a deposit 10 euros.

AIR CONDITIONNING

You can adjust the temperature in your room as required. Simply set the desired temperature using the control panel located at the entrance of your room. We may bring you a supplemental heat by request to Reception (9).

ALLERGIES

If you suffer from food allergies, please let the Reception knows in order to cater and personalize at best your breakfast.

BABY COTS

A baby bed is available for children under the age of three, which can be set up before you arrive, if you made this request at time of booking, or ask at Reception (9). BAR Eugene welcomes you 24/7. A menu is at your disposal in this directory. You have the possibility to order by phone (9)

BREAKFAST

Eugene has the pleasure to offer his unlimited breakfast buffet from 7am to 11am, the price is 16 euros. Every breakfast served in room will be invoiced 16 euros, according to you desires, limited choice. Please complete the purchase order and contact the Reception (9).

CHAMPAGNE

If you would like to enjoy a bottle or a glass of champagne in your room, we offer a selection of fine vintages. Find our menu in second page of the welcome booklet.

CHILDREN

Bedroom layout is available by request, since your booking or close to the Reception (9). A baby bed is available for children under the age of three. Baby bath, bottle warmer and baby chair are available.

CONCIERGE

Our team is available 24/7 for any reservation or request: transportation, restaurant, tickets, shows… (9).

COURTESY TRAY

There is a courtesy plate in each room for free. Do not hesitate to ask the Reception (9) for more tea of coffee

DAMAGE

Great care has been taken with every detail of your room’s exclusive decoration scheme. If you would like to know more about the decorative elements and fabrics used in your room, don’t hesitate to ask at Reception – each has a history all its own. Accordingly, if any of these items were damaged accidentally, Hotel Eugène En Ville would be obliged to any costs incurred to your bill.

DEPARTURE

If you wish to leave your room later than the midday check out time, please enquire at Reception, who will do their best to meet your requirements, according to room availability. An additional charge of 50 euros may be applied.

DISABILITIES

Three of the hotel’s rooms are specially designed for guests with reduced mobility.

DO NOT DISTURB

Please let the Reception know if you do not wish to be disturbed, to prevent calls from being put through to your room. You can also contact the Reception if you would prefer your room to be prepared at your convenience. (9)

A chambermaid take care of your room. However, if you hang the “Do not disturb” sign on your door, she will not enter your room. If you would like to specify a particular time for this service, please inform the Reception. (9). You can also contact the reception for extra items, including:– Bath towels – Slippers - Duvet – Hangers.

Free Internet access (Wifi) is available in every room and throughout the hotel.

IRONING

If you wish to iron your clothes, an iron and board can be sent up to your room. (9)

KEYCARD

If you are sharing a room, please ask the Reception to issue a keycard to each occupant. In addition to open the door to your room, the keycard is also used to switch on the power when it is inserted into the switch just inside the door as you come into your room. The keycard should be removed from the switch when you leave the room. Please do not insert any objects other than the keycard, so as not to interfere with switch operation.

LOST AND FORGOTTEN ITEMS

If you think to have forgotten belongings at the hotel, contact the reception. In addition, if you have forgotten one of the following articles: toothbrush, toothpaste or sewing kit, please contact the Reception. (9)

LUGGAGES

We can take care of your luggage upon your arrival in Paris to the departure: please contact the Reception (9), luggage storage & transfer from/to airports and train stations is available. We can also keep your luggage during your stay in the hotel’s luggage store. You may also entrust your baggage for an early coming or a late departure. The Reception (9) is at your disposal.

All mails received at your attention are kept at the reception and will be handed to you upon arrival or return. They can also be delivered to your room upon request.

MINIBAR

Eugène invite you to meet him in his bar/restaurant to discover the drink menu which available at the second page of your welcome booklet. Wine, champagne, selection of spirits, hot & soft drinks are expecting your taste. If you wish to have your drink in your bedroom, please ask to the Reception. (9)

NO SMOKING

The entire interior of the hotel Eugene en ville is non-smoking. This applies to all rooms and suites, the lobby and all indoor areas. We would ask you to comply with our smoke-free policy for everyone’s comfort and well-being. Guests who fail to adhere to this policy are reminded that smoking will set off both the smoke and fire alarms. Furthermore, if we notice tobacco smell in your room, the Hotel Eugene en ville will be obliged to hire the services of an outside company to clean and remove the smell from your room, the cost of will be added to your bill for an amount of € 300.00.

Pets are allowed (weight limit staying in the room is 6 kg) at Hotel Eugene en ville for an extra cost of 30 euros per day.

TAXI

Eugène will be pleased to order you a taxi for the hour of your choice. Please ask to the Reception (9).

TELEPHONE

To make outgoing calls, compose the 0, then: - 10 digit number (starting with 0) for local calls – For outside country calls, dial compose 00, plus the country code + local code + the number for all international calls. To call another room, simply compose 1 + the room number. Every calls passed with the bedroom phone will be invoiced 0.60€. The time of every calls is fixed by a cadence defined by the operator Orange in hours full and directly passed on Hôtel standard according to the kind of the phone (mobile or fixe), the distance and the country.

TELEVISION

More than sixty stations and 30 international stations in different languages (from channel number 35) are available free of charge.
